Our History and the Transatlantic Slave Trade

I will always leave resources for you at the end of the blog. Works Cited will always be available as well. Please comment if you have one, but be mindful of others. This is also an open discussion and we want to continue to grow and learn. If you have information that would be beneficial for others who are waking up to this truth, please share. Cry Loud and Spare Not!

In the year 1619, the first slaves were brought over from across the Atlantic Ocean from West Africa.  There were twenty slaves in all who were brought to the British Colony of Jamestown, Virginia that particular day. The plan was to use these slaves to produce economic growth. You see it was cheaper to use a slave because you didn't have to pay them. Those twenty slaves were the beginning of a lucrative business using human beings as the number one product. These slaves from Africa were from the Coromante, Ogo, and Ebo Tribes to name a few.

The Ebo Tribe still exists today! Igbo-Jews

They are located in Nigeria in the Southwestern region. They claim that they were exiled to Africa when, "the Assyrians invaded Israel's northern kingdom forcing 10 tribes into exile" (Oduah). Even more profound...  they claim that they are from the Tribe of Gad. The other nine tribes from the northern kingdom were scattered all over the world.

There were two other Tribes as well from the Southern Kingdom. The Tribes of Judah and Benjamin who had broken off from the rest of Israel after King Solomon died and Rehoboam succeeded him.

In 70 Ad, when the Temple of Solomon in Jerusalem was destroyed, some of the Hebrew Israelite's were taken captive by Titus the Roman Emperor who sent them to Spain, Portugal, and other European countries to serve as slaves. Some Hebrew's escaped to West Africa to blend in with the people and establish a safe place to live. These Hebrew's established colonies and societies that followed their customs and laws.

The reason why the Hebrews chose to go into Africa is because they were able to blend in with the people of the land. However, the Africans and Arabs captured those Hebrew people and sold them to the newly formed Nation of America. They have been there ever since. Africa did not sell its own people.

Reflection-

Black people, I have always thought of this. Why have we not as a whole connected the dots over this rather obvious fact. How could the Israelite's whom The Most High promised to Abraham would be more than the sand on the sea shore, be completely be washed off of the face of the earth? One of my professors explained to us that the reason they were lost is because most were killed during the different invasions into Jerusalem and Palestine, and others intermingled with the different people of the nations they assimilated into.

I have always thought that was ridiculous, because many people assimilate into different nations but that doesn't destroy the people as a whole. Really? I have also wondered as a Black American, where did my people (ancestors) come from? We were told that we were from Africa, which is partially true but not really. We were there hiding but we came from somewhere else, where is that?

The answer is of course Jerusalem. We are the only people in the world where we are told we come from a certain place, but they have no information or facts about the supposed history in that place. The really amazing thing is why haven't more people connected the dots, missing Israelite's, and blacks- no history, origins a mystery.

The thing is, we are the ones who do not know. A lot of people do. Unfortunately, this was done purposely, our ancestors were brought to a nation as slaves, and that was all they were ever supposed to be. Nothing more than slaves. We were never meant to be able to read or write. We were not brought here to help build up the country and then enjoy the fruits of our labor later, after all it took almost 350 years before we were really able to live without constant fear, and the fear seems to be on the rise once again.

Now I do not want anyone to think that my goal is to bring up old wounds, because it is not. I am not trying to make anyone to become angry with another race of people. What I am trying to do, is to get black people to realize, that you are not an African. Some of you are, but if your family history is from that of the black slave, then you are a Hebrew. You are the Apple of the Most Highs eye, you are Israel. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Apparently, a lot of Hebrew's have known this for years, but I have only recently found this out about a year ago. I didn't really want to go public with it until I learned the facts of case. However, when I first learned of it, it did make sense to me. Somehow, I knew within myself that it was true. I went online to read as much as I could on the subject, I researched ancient archeology and most importantly what sealed the deal for me is, I read the Bible and it says I am as well.

You see the Bible gives you clues. Let's go through a few of them now. First I want to acknowledge something with you. We are where we are because of our own sins as a nation and as a people. Throughout the Bible it always talks about how the Israelite's we delivered unto some people, only to be made slaves, because we always turned away from The Most High to follow after other nations, which provoked The Most High to anger and He punished us.

Before I go any further though, I want to say this. Some people will make comments, such as 'the God I serve is full of love and compassion. The God I serve would never make anyone suffer or judge them. The God I serve loves everyone, so he would never send people to be a slave to other people.'

Well the truth is, our Most High IS the Yah of love, compassion, mercy, patience, peace, and many more positive character traits, but He is also a Just Father, and He does discipline His people. I think the religious leaders of today have reduced and framed God into the figure that they want Him to portray. That is why I have a problem with them now.

My problem is this. I have begun to read the Bible in more depth. I also read the Apocrypha which I have been told to be very careful when reading because it is ancient writing but it is not a part of the Bible because the Council of Nicaea deliberated over which Books would be appropriate to include and which would not. They supposedly wanted to pick out books that they felt showed Christ in it somehow. My thoughts have always been, who are these men that they would think they could choose what could be included in God’s word. You see there are Books in the Apocrypha that expand on certain other books. As an example, if you are reading in the Book of Kings, you might find a phrase that says, "Isn't is written in the Book of Chronicles"? You may also read in another part of the Bible, "Is it not written in the Book of Jashar"?

You see there are so many Books in the Bible that have been taken out and hidden from us because it exposes those who are evil and it actually identifies us a lot better than you can Imagine. However, The Most High will not be thwarted. In 1947 in a cave in Qumran, a Bedouin Sheppard found 70 manuscripts of Books most people had not even heard of before, and books we had that were verbatim of the version in the Bible. These books are called The Dead Sea Scrolls- The Apocrypha. I have read quite a few, and I know that they are The Most Highs Word. The funny thing is that man tried to hide Gods Word, (from this point on I will call Him the Most High, Yah, or by His True Hebrew name Yahua), but The Most High will always be the victor, because He had preserved His Word and made it available when He was ready for it to reappear. I say Ha-Le-Lu-Yah to that! We are currently living in prophecy, not waiting for a future event.

Now I will not go through every point in this current blog, because I want it to be progressive, but I do want to get started with the story.

1. First I want to establish that the Ancient Egyptians were black Africans not the white image Hollywood loves to give us. This is important because it will be the support needed to establish the color of the Hebrews. I also want to give you some resources so that you can begin your research. Current Bible Book Joshua 10:13 ask the question, "is it not written in the Book of Jasher".

The Book of Jasher establishes that Africa played an important role in Bible history, yet it is never expounded on in any pulpit that I know of, and as a matter of a fact it is never spoken of at all. Yet it is very important, after all Egypt is in Africa. Africa was primarily black until white Europeans colonized it in the 1870's. In the Book of Jasher Chapters 61-64, you get an idea of the importance Africa played in history. They were a people with kings, queens, a government, and a kingdom. Not a bunch of people running around naked on zebras.

2. Egyptian Art before it was changed. The great thing with art from the ancient past is that it tells a story. People were not writing books for entertainment purposes back then. They were writing and drawing what they saw. Please look at the original art from Egypt.

a. Egyptian Art (Although Mr. Guindi states that the Egyptians were not white or black, they were Egyptian, it still shows that the ancient Egyptian's were a dark race of people and not the light skinned people you see today.)

Ok, so I have given you references that do not always agree with anything I have to say, but it should pick your interest, because why do they feel they need to prove or disprove the notion at all.

I brought it up in the first place because, if we can establish that Egyptians are black, then we have also established that the Hebrews were black. Why is it important, and who cares are some of the comments that I have been told? It is important, because it shows that we are currently living out prophecies. Something they don't want us to know. If we realize just who we are, perhaps we would turn back to The Highest, so that He would heal us as His Word says.

It is also important, because throughout history, The Most High has always sent His people into Egypt to flee oppression or danger. Moses for example, how in the world would Pharaoh's daughter have been able to hide Moses and raise him as her own if he would have been a white baby? He would not!

Once again some will say, so what! And who cares? Well I say, if it is so unimportant, then why hide it in the first place?

We will pick up on a new topic that builds from this discussion in later blogs, but if you have something you can share or add please do!
